Personal Transformation
My fitness journey started with very little confidence. I had no knowledge of the gym, felt uncomfortable training on my own, and was often too nervous to step into the weights area. I constantly worried that everyone knew more than me and felt embarrassed because I didn't know where to start.
Fast forward one years, and I am now a qualified Personal Trainer. The photos you see are the result of one year of consistent training, learning, and building confidence both inside and outside the gym.

When I first started, I was underweight at just 40kg and lacked both strength and confidence in my body. As I learned more about fitness, training, and nutrition, I was able to build healthier habits and gain 9kg of lean muscle. Today, I weigh 52kg and feel fitter, stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever.
My goal is to help other women realise that building a strong, toned, and confident physique is achievable. You don't need to feel intimidated by the gym or unsure of what to do.
