About me:
My fitness journey started from a place many people wouldn't expect. Growing up, I was always underweight and struggled with feeling weak and lacking confidence. I started out with boxing, and as I trained, I began to see my progress paying off. That motivated me to start competing, and through boxing I became much more confident as an individual. It also had a huge positive impact on my fitness. As I continued to improve, I progressed onto an amateur boxing team. A lot later in my journey, I also started going to the gym alongside my boxing training with one goal: to become stronger.
As I began learning more about training, nutrition, and the science behind building strength, I quickly realised how life-changing fitness can be. Not only did it transform my physique, but it also improved my confidence, discipline, and mindset.
The more I learned, the more I noticed how much misinformation exists within the fitness industry. Too many people are given poor advice, follow ineffective programmes, or are taught techniques that increase their risk of injury. I became passionate about understanding the fundamentals of training properly and helping others achieve results safely and effectively.
This passion ultimately led me to become a Personal Trainer.
My goal is to help my clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that create lasting results. I believe fitness should be empowering, enjoyable, and tailored to the individual. Whether you're completely new to the gym or looking to take your training to the next level, I'm committed to supporting you throughout your journey.
I am particularly passionate about helping women discover their strength and realise what they are truly capable of. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing someone grow in confidence, push beyond their limits, and become the strongest version of themselves—both physically and mentally.
